Obituary of Yvette Gareau

Yvette Marie Diana Gareau, of Rosthern, SK, formerly of Duck Lake, SK passed away in Saskatoon on August 5, 2023. She was born to Antoine and Julie-Anne Gareau on December 4, 1945, in the Bellevue district, SK.

 

She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Rita Marchand, Albert (Céline) Gareau, Suzanne (Raul) Teles, Roger (Louisa) Gareau, Ronald Gareau, Hubert (Denise) Gareau, Marina Patty and Alain (Barbara) Gareau; numerous nieces and nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews, cousins, and many special friends.

 

She was predeceased by her: parents, Antoine and Julie Anne (Gaudet/Gareau/Cyr) Gareau; sisters Marie, Rolande, and Simone; brother François; brother-in-law Albert Marchand; and stepfather Antonio Cyr.

 

Yvette had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community. She was a devoted registered nurse and remained steadfastly committed to faith and family.
