Penny Willcox died peacefully on May 24, 2024, surrounded by family.

She leaves to mourn her husband of 56 years, Earl; her daughters Carolyn (Stephen) Cole, Sandra (Dale) Regier, Lori (Kirk) Oster; grandchildren Austin, Nolan, Alastair, Heidi (Jackson), Ethan, Liam, Emily (Abdias), Zachary, Simon, Abby (Sam), and Rachel; siblings Jon (Sharon) Harvey, Cecil (Michalean) Harvey, Shelley Burdon; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her parents Ivan and Maye Belle Harvey, sister Valerie Metheral, and brother-in-law Howie Burdon.
