To my very dear childhood, teenage, adult friend and nearly birthday twin. Even though miles distanced us in our late teenage years, our bond of our early years was always evident and strong. Your smile was infectious, your love of family was admirable, your strength through the various struggles was unwavering – so proud to be your friend.
