Obituary of Roland Jeschke

February 8, 1927 – September 18, 2018 Roland Louis Jeschke passed away, with family by his side, at the Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home on September 18, 2018. Roland was born on a cold prairie night, February 8, 1927. He grew up with three brothers and three sisters on a farm northwest of Waldheim. Left to remember him is his wife of 67 years, Agnes; sons Ken (Joanne) Jeschke; Dennis (Lill) Jeschke; Warren (Lori) Jeschke; grandchildren Scott (Heather) Jeschke, Kurt (Geralyn) Jeschke, Michelle (Darren) Huebert; Erin (JB) Crocker, Tahra (Jon) Drebert; Jordon (Kristen) Jeschke, Joel Jeschke (Stephanie Urquhart); great grandchildren Ava and Lily Jeschke; Nora and Sam Jeschke; Keegan, Ryann and Tavis Crocker; Renae, Jacob and Elijah Drebert and brother Marlin Jeschke. Roland was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Eva Jeschke, his brothers Alfred Jeschke and Donald Jeschke and his sisters, Edna Niessen, Anna Schroeder and Helen Dirks. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at the Hepburn Mennonite Brethren Church. Interment of his ashes will take place following the service.
