Obituary of Susan Unger

March 5, 1927 – March 31, 2014 Susan Unger passed away peacefully and went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 31, 2014 at the age 87. Susan is remembered by her loving family, Jules (Joyce) Unger, George (Margaret) Unger, Sarah (Corney) Unruh, John Unger, Helen (Laurel) Wiebe, Tom Unger, Martha (Darryl) Adrian, Andy (Tammy) Unger, Danny (Shelby) Unger; 27 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren, four sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Susan was predeceased by her husband Jacob W. Unger, parents, Isaac and Susanna Bueckert, grandson Justin Unruh, 5 brothers and 1 sister. A public viewing will be held Thursday, April 3 at 7:30 P.M. at Funk’s Funeral Chapel, Rosthern. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 1:30 P.M. at Warman Bergthaler Mennonite Church. Interment will take place at Gruenthal Bergthaler Mennonite Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Stensrud Lodge, Saskatoon and the staff at Warman Mennonite Special Care Home Haven for their dedicated and compassionate care.
