Obituary of Dennis Pilatus

August 28, 1933 – September 19, 2015 The death of Dennis Pilatus, age 82 years of Hepburn, SK occurred on September 19, 2015 at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK. He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Pilatus; children Paulette (Wayne) Schick, Floyd Pilatus (Diane Wilton), Jennifer Peters (Don Heide); son-in-law Jeff Peters; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister Evelyn Janzen; brother Marlin (Merna) Pilatus; and brother-in-law Pete Harder. He was predeceased by his daughter Darlene Peters; parents Henry and Elizabeth Pilatus; sister Mary Harder; brother Glen Pilatus; and brother-in-law Frank Janzen. A time of viewing for family and friends will be held at Funk’s Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. Burial will take place at Carson Cemetery at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Zoar Mennonite Church, Waldheim, SK with Pastor Ben Pauls officiating.
