Obituary of Elsie Siemens

February 4, 1932 – December 12, 2017 The death of Elsie Siemens, age 85 years, occurred on December 12, 2017, at the Rosthern Hospital. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Ambros Siemens; children, Laverne (Ruth) Siemens; Melvin Siemens; Audrey (Joachim) Dau; Eldon Siemens (Karen Butler); 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; sister Eileen (Menno) Thiessen; and sister-in-law, Irma Neudorf. She was predeceased by her parents, Bernhard & Gertrude Neudorf; daughter-in-law Bernice Siemens; grandson Michael Dau; siblings Abram, Doreen, Ben, and Bill. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Eigenheim Mennonite Church, west of Rosthern, SK. Interment will take place at Eigenheim Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given in memory of Elsie to Mennonite Central Committee, 600 – 45th Street, West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5W9.
