Obituary of Katherina Krause

September 20, 1911 – May 6, 2012 The death of Katherina Krause, age 100 years, occurred on May 6, 2012 at Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home. She is survived by her children: Elmer (Elvina) Krause, Wally (Margaret) Krause, Louise (Ewald) Epp; Clarence (Donelda) Krause; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Krause and her parents, Bernhard and Margareta Falk and her siblings and spouses. Friends are welcome to join the family for a time a viewing on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at Funk’s Funeral Chapel, Rosthern. The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Rosthern Mennonite Church. Interment will take place prior to the Memorial Service at 10:30 A.M. Friday, May 11, at Rosthern Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Rosthern Junior College, Box 5020 Rosthern, SK S0K 3R0, or a charity of your choice.
