Obituary of Yolonda Eyahpaise

February 2, 1961 – September 12, 2013 The death of Yolonda Jean Eyahpaise occurred on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon, SK. She was 52 years old. Yolanda leaves to mourn her husband Ernest Henry Eyahpaise; her children Erna Mike, Alexander Cameron (Cheyenne), Glen (Monica) Cameron, Jordan (Ernestine) Cameron and Lawrence (Felicia) Cameron; her grandchildren Rachelle (Shane), Taylor, Brooke, Kayleen, Tarena, Alicia, Alex Jr., Lydell, Praelynn, Glen III, Legacie, Jordan Jr., Natalia, Brennan, Kreedance, Jase and Dominic; her great-grandchild Bradie Eyahpaise; her sister Jeanette Gamble; sisters-in-law Joyce Gamble, Audrey Eyahpaise and Joanne Gardipy; brother-in-law William (Caroline) Eyahpaise; numerous sisters and brothers from Siksika, AB; her stepchildren Xaviera (Fran) Eyahpaise (Kevin), Rhonda Smallchild (Leticia), Ernest (Jasna) Eyahpaise, Derek (Desirae) Eyahpaise, Sonya (Jason) Eyahpaise and Anthony (Candace) Eyahpaise, Melissa Kaye, Fernie Eyahpaise, Deiedra Eyahpaise and Billy Eyahpaise. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander Mike (Capone) and Marie Norma (Calf) Mike; her grandparents Irene and George Mike and May and Peter Calf; brothers Wesley Mike and Clint Olds; mother-in-law Victorine Eyahpaise; father-in-law Frank Eyahpaise; brothers-in-law Wayne Gamble Sr. And Francis Eyahpaise; numerous aunts and uncles from Siksika, AB; numerous aunts and uncles from Beardy’s and Okemasis First Nation; and her step-daughter Brandy Eyahpaise. Wake Services will be held September 12 – 13, 2013 at the Beardy’s Rec. Centre, Beardy’s & Okemasis First Nation, SK. A Traditional Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., also at the Beardy’s Rec. Centre, Beardy’s & Okemasis First Nation, SK.
