Obituary of Edward Ternofsky

September 30, 1935 – December 19, 2012 The death of Edward Walter Ternofsky, age 77 years of Central Haven Care Home, Saskatoon and formerly of Rosthern, SK occurred on December 19, 2012 at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon. He is survived by his sisters, Pauline Reimer, Francis Giesbrecht, Sally Westhaver; brothers, Ernie (Phyllis) Ternofsky, Steve (Beatrice) Ternofsky and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his: parents, Peter and Annie Ternofsky; brother, Nick Ternofsky; sisters, Vicky Doucette, Mary Salahub; brothers-in-law, Harvey Doucette, Peter Salahub, John Kowbel, and Ken Westhaver. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated by Rev. Mykola Romanets on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rosthern, SK. Interment will take place at Adamiwka Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, SK.
