Obituary of Pearl Hain

PEARL GRACE HAIN August 12, 1912 – March 24, 2012 The death of Mrs. Pearl Hain, age 99 years, occurred on the morning of March 24, 2012 at Rosthern Union Hospital. Pearl, formerly of Rosthern, had been a resident of Lakeview Pioneer Lodge in Wakaw for the previous 10 months. She is survived by son Norman (Bertha) Hain, and grandson Greg, Saskatoon, son Robert Hain, Humboldt, and grandson Ryan (mother Nola), Saskatoon. She is predeceased by her husband Eryk Hain in 1998 and also by her parents Charles and Sarah Kalbfleisch, sisters Beth, Edith, Anne and Edna and brothers Norman and Carl. Her family would like to thank the staff of Rosthern Union Hospital, Wakaw Lakeview Pioneer Lodge, and Royal University Hospital for their compassionate and excellent care. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, May 14, 2012 at St. Augustine Anglican Church, Rosthern, SK. Interment of her ashes will take place in St. Cyprian’s Anglican Cemetery, Wingard. Arrangements are in the care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, 306-232-5245.
