January 17, 1930 – June 2, 2012 The death of Marie Rose Gardipy, age 82 years occurred on June 2, 2012 She is survived by her: children, Raymond (Karen) Gardipy, Raymond (Loretta) Mandes (Stepson), Lorraine (Bill) Cameron, Norman (Doreen) Gardipy, Lawrence (Debbie) Gardipy, Kenny (Remonda) Gardipy, Nancy (Clarence) Gardipy/Mike, Tom (Cheryl) Gardipy Jr., Grant (Anita) Gardipy, Glen (Gerri) Gardipy, Yvonne (Edwin) Ananas; adopted sons: Angus Esperance, Hilliard Gardypie; all the special mothers of her grandchildren; 56 Grandchildren; 105 Great Grandchildren; 12 Great Great Grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne Kenyon, Myrtle Prevost; brothers: Hervé (Tilly) Dumont, Wilfred Dumont; brothers-in-law, Emile Gardipy, Clem Gardipy, Henry (Delores) Gardipy, Herb Seeseequasis; sisters-in-law, Therese (Ken) Seeseequasis, Victorine (Alex) Greyeyes, Caroline (Norman) Lafond, Emilia Keshane, Leona Cameron, and Marge Dumont. She was predeceased by her: loving husband of 63 years: Thomas Patrick Gardipy; parents, Norman & Alexandrine Dumont; grandmother, Lizette Morrisette, in-laws, Gabriel & Mary Gardipy; grandson, Greg Gardipy; brother, Herman Lawrence Dumont; sister-in-law, Nancy Gardipy, Josephine Seeseequasis, Angeline Gardipy; brothers-in-law, Harold Kenyon, Andy Prevost, Harvey Cameron, Dan Keshane, Sidney Gardipy, Joseph Gardipy, and Raymond Gardipy. The Prayer Services will be held at 7:30 P.M. Sunday and Monday, June 3 & 4, 2012. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Cuong Luong on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. All services will take place at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, Duck Lake. Cremation will take place following the Funeral Mass. Interment of her ashes will take place at a later date in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Duck Lake, SK. Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, SK.
