Obituary of Eva Mateychuk

December 27, 1918 – June 10, 2014 Eva Mateychuk, passed away at the Cudworth Nursing Home on June 10, 2014. She is survived by her four children: Elmer (Donna) Mateychuk; Sandra (Michael) Hryniuk; Romeo (Gloria) Mateychuk; Iris (Mitch) Couture; 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Steve and Mary Pozniak; sons, Andy, Michael; and three siblings, Peter Pozniak, Ann Repushka, and Josie Kalinoka. A Prayer Service will be held Monday, June 16, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. The Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. Both Services will take place at St. John the Evangelist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Prud’homme, SK., with celebrant Rev. Fr. André Lalach. Interment will follow in the Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Prud’homme, SK. Special thanks to the Cudworth Nursing Home for their wonderful care of Mom.
