Obituary of Bertha Thiessen

April 6, 1936 – September 16, 2018 The death of Bertha Thiessen, age 82 years formerly of Hague, SK occurred on September 16, 2018 at Rosthern Hospital, Rosthern, SK. She is survived by her children: Terry (Darla) Thiessen; Eunice Hamm; Mabel Renee (Walter) Klein; Sheldon (Laura) Thiessen; Marlin (Edith) Thiessen; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and sister, Marty (Rennie) Zabolotney and brother-in-law Paul Ramer. She was predeceased by her: husband Peter B. Thiessen in 2005; grandson Christopher Klein, son-in-law Victor Hamm; parents, Isaac (Annie) Wiebe; sister Mary Ramer; infant sister Martha Myrtle. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Hague Mennonite Church, 202-3rd Street. Interment will take place at Hague Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rosthern Hospital Foundation, Box 88, Rosthern, SK S0K 3R0 and/ or the Mennonite Nursing Home Inc., Box 370, Rosthern, SK S0K 3R0.
