Always lots of laughs and good fun when Uncle came for a visit. I remember taking the Greyhound bus from Saskatoon to New Westminster. Hope there's a big family gathering up there
So glad we had time with Garry recently, both in December 2021 and a couple of visits in the past week. I remember Garry as a cool big brother when we were growing up and as loving big brother as we all aged. He was always happy to see us when we were able to visit. He was not a fan of phone calls but we did have an occasional longer chat. I believe he died knowing how much we loved him and looking forward visiting with many as we gathered for Jackie’s wedding. This was the last photo I took with Garry a few days ago.
You were also cool and fun. Loved your laugh and how we could tease you that it wasn’t too late to get married so Bev could finally be the flower girl and roll around on the floor at the front of the church. Godspeed Uncle.
