I am so sorry to learn that Shirley passed. I know we will see her again. We loved Shirley and the love she showed us. Always with a big smile and a prayer. She made you feel like the most special person when she saw you. The picture included was just before moving to Saskatchewan. Condolences to her family. Love: kevin, Heather, Nathan and Emma.

It is with sorrow we have lost a beautiful and compassionate member of our family. She was the laughter and love of us all. She was a great strength and a concerned ear to our troubles. She will be remembered for her joy of life and family whom she cherished to the depths of her heart. May the Lord keep her close with the same love she showed and shared with us.

Such a wonderful woman. A tribute to mothers everywhere. Grandma, I know you're in a better place, with Bill. You brought such warmth and love into our lives. Your beautiful smile could always light up a room. I remember the train, at the fort. The bus ride out to Field, to stay in the lakeside cabin. Those times when I'd be over to visit, and I'd try to wake up super early on the weekend because you had cable and I wanted to see cartoons. I remember the times you were there for me. For us. With us. When you took me in, that year. I'll always remember you, and always be grateful for the wonderful things you did. The stories you'd tell, though admittedly I couldn't focus, but I did enjoy them. I still have the video of you telling me one, when you visited. I'll always cherish you, gramma.
