Dear Grant. Our deepest condolences to you at this time of loss. Lottie was a special person and solidly rooted in the faith. It is wonderful to know that her suffering is over and she is free from the limitations that kept her in a chair for so many years. I imagine her singing and dancing before the Lord, and with a big smile on her face. May God grant you peace and joy in the knowledge that she is with her Saviour and strength for each day.

Dear Grant, I was sorry to hear of Lottie’s passing. I didn’t know her well, but you were such a devoted husband and caregiver to her – I have a great deal of admiration for that. May God help you through your grief. Sincerely, Betty Perras (Klassen)

We are so sorry to have missed Lottie’s farewell service. We just learned about her passing today. Lottie modelled a most pleasant spirit , in spite of her handicap. Grant & family, Our sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to you at this time of loss. Although many miles seperated us for many years, I will always remember and cherish some quite lengthy phone calls with Lottie when she was already under full-time care at the Mennonite Nursing Home in Rosthern. We are also grateful that we were able to visit with her there a few summers ago. What a kind and gentle spirit, and always present smile, in spite of all she endured for those many years. We are humbled and blessed for having known her. May God grant you a special measure of His grace, strength and comfort in the days ahead.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of your dear wife, Mom and Grandma. To see you all take such loving care of her every need and out for Sunday lunches was a wonderful example to us. You always reminded her how much she was loved! I’m sure she’ll be greatly missed. May God grant you His peace during these difficult days. Wayne and Donna Heppner

Grant & family, Lottie was a special friend to me. I tried to see her every time I came home to Waldheim. I am happy I saw her three times this past summer. She was special. We had a lot of good times & she was always happy, no matter how she felt. We went for a lot of walks together, when we were younger, & talked.

Grant, Warren, Kevin, Jason and Clayton (and families): Lottie was so special and you will all cherish wonderful memories! I was proud to call her a friend. The years your family bought milk and eggs from me have memories I cherish as, over coffee/tea, Lottie would share her deep faith with me, her happiness at having so many friends, and her hopes for you boys for your futures. My deepest sympathies as you carry on without her physical presence in your lives. With prayers and affection, Janice (Neufeldt) Dueck and family
